The grievance made by the petitioner is that the salary for the period he has worked as Guest Teacher has not been disbursed from December 21, 2005 upto January 17, 2006. In that regard, he has made a representation to respondent No.3.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3 i.e. District Education Officer, Yamuna Nagar, to consider the claim of the petitioner and disburse his salary for the aforementioned period, if it is C.W.P. No. 11292 of 2006 [2]

found due. The needful shall be done within a peri;od of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the District Education Officer.
