Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the respondents.
The aforementioned prayer made by the learned counsel is accepted because the petitioner wishes to make a representation by bringing to the notice of the respondents, instructions dated 20/21.3.1991 (P-1) and the recommendation dated 27.7.2006 (P-3) made by the Commanding Officer, 12th Haryana Bn N.C.C., Sonipat, against the transfer order of the petitioner.
Let a representation with regard to transfer order dated 25.7.2006 (P-2) be made by bringing to the notice of the respondents, C.W.P. No. 11745 of 2006
instructions dated 20/21.3.1991 (P-1) and the recommendation made by the Commanding Officer, 12th Haryana Bn N.C.C., Sonipat, by his letter dated 27.7.2006 (P-3). If a representation is made within two weeks from today under Registered A.D. Cover, respondent No. 2 shall consider the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order and by taking into consideration the instructions dated 20/21.3.1991 (P-1) and recommendation dated 27.7.2006 (P-3) within four weeks thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
