Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the respondents.
The aforementioned prayer made by the learned counsel is accepted because the petitioner wishes to make a representation by bringing to the notice of the respondents, instructions dated 20/21.3.1991 (P-1).
Let a representation with regard to transfer order dated 26.7.2006 (P-2) be made by bringing to the notice of the respondents, instructions dated 20/21.3.1991 (P-1). If a representation is made C.W.P. No. 11746 of 2006
within two weeks from today under Registered A.D. Cover, respondent No. 2 shall consider the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order and by taking into consideration the instructions dated 20/21.3.1991 (P-1) within four weeks thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
