The instant petition is directed against the show cause notice dated 15.7.2006 (P-3) to which the petitioner is stated to have filed reply on 25.7.2006 (P-5). The punishing authority is yet to pass an appropriate order on the show cause notice. Even the petitioner has further remedy of appeal. Therefore, the instant petition is wholly premature and dismissed as such.
