Present : Mr.Sachin Mittal, Advocate, for the petitioner.
At the oral request of counsel for the petitioner, the complainant Preeti Bali, resident of House No.132,Housing Board Colony, near Sector 7, Gurgaon, is impleaded as respondent no.2.
Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the Memorandum of Parties.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that the present FIR has been lodged 16 years after the marriage. The parties' children are aged 13 and 11 years. No recovery is to be effected. All other accused have already been granted anticipatory bail.
Notice of motion for 25.9.2006.
Process dasti only.
Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :- i)that he shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required ;
ii)that he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; iii)that he shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
Parties are directed to be present in person on the next date of hearing.
