By the impugned order dated 26-5-1998 the learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur, allowed the application of the plaintiff- respondent filed before the trial Court under Order 41 Rule 27 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure and remanded the case to the trial Court for fresh 2006, learned counsel for the appellant took time to know the status of the case after remand. Today, he has shown his ignorance about the status of the case which might have by now been disposed of. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the parties to get this appeal revived if the position is otherwise.
