JUDGMENT :

The learned District and Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib has submitted a report dated September 07, 1995 that petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, out of which the present revision petition has arisen, had been transferred to the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fatehgarh Sahib, who had dismissed the said petition on July 30, 2001.

The present petition arises out of an order passed on an application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

In view of the aforesaid fact that the main petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act had been dismissed, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of, accordingly.
