This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash resolution dated March 30, 2006, Annexure P-2, vide which one Kaka Ram was elected as Adhikrit (authorized) Panch. In reply, it has been stated that the powers given to aforesaid Kaka Ram have since been withdrawn. In view of reply filed, no case is made out for interference. Dismissed.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to lay challenge to the order, vide which he was put under suspension, as per law.
