JUDGMENT
M.M. KUMAR, J. (Oral)
The instant petition is directed against the order dated 20.7.2006 (P-2) by which the petitioner has been transferred. The grievance made is that according to the rationalisation policy, dated 30.9.2005 (P-1), the person with shortest stay is to be transferred and C.W.P. No. 12085 of 2006
whereas according to letter dated 25.7.2006 (P-3) Shri Dashrath Kumar, respondent No. 7, had the shortest stay and he should have been preferred over the petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation brining to the notice of the respondents the violation of the policy dated 30.9.2005 (P-1). However, no final decision has been taken on the aforementioned representation.
In view of above, we relegate the petitioner to pursue his representation. Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
