Order dated 31.3.1999 (P-1) passed by appointing authority and order dated 21.11.2002 (P-2) passed by the Appellate Authority, are the subject matter of challenge in the instant petition.
It is well settled that the limitation period prescribed for filing a suit C.W.P. No. 12085 of 2006
shall be deemed to be the period for filing a writ petition, as has been held by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of State of M.P. v.
Bhailal Bhai, AIR 1964 SC 1006. Therefore, the instant writ petition is barred by time.
