Learned State counsel on instructions from the Commissioner and Director General, School Education, Haryana, Chandigarh, has stated that the petitioner has been appointed as Clerk on compassionate ground. A copy of the appointment letter dated 14.10.2005 has been placed on record along with the letter of the Commissioner and Director General, School Education, Haryana, which is Mark `A (Colly)'.
In view of the above, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
