Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the order retiring the petitioner as the age of 58 instead of 60 years has been withdrawn.
Accordingly, the petitioner has joined back the service on 31.7.2006.
A copy of the order dated 12.7.2006, to the above mentioned effect, C.W.P. No. 7453 of 2006
passed by the Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Education Department, Chandigarh, is taken on record as Mark-A.
In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as have been rendered infructuous.
