The instant petition is directed against the order of transfer dated 26.7.2006 (P-1) on the ground that it is against the guidelines issued on 24.2.2006 (P-3). The petitioner is a Polio affected person having 70% disability as per the assertion made by the petitioner. The policy instructions with regard to transfer are not justiciable in any Court of law and the matter has been left to the judgment of the concerned authorities. In cases where there is violation of the policy instructions, the petitioner would be well C.W.P. No. 12289 of 2006
advised to make a representation in that regard to the competent authority.
Let a representation be made within a period of two weeks under Registered Cover, which shall be decided by the competent authority within next three weeks from the date of its receipt.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
