BIHARI LAL ...PETITIONERS
STATE OF PUNJAB AND OTHERS ...RESPONDENTS
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA.
HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE NIRMAL YADAV.
PRESENT: MR. M.S. BEDI, ADVOCATE FOR THE PETITIONER.
MR. C.M. MUNJAL, SR.ADDL.A.G., PUNJAB.
MR.KANWALJIT SINGH, ADVOCATE FOR RESPONDENT NO.3 ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA, J. (ORAL)
The challenge in the writ petition is to the order dated 16.12.2003, passed by the Collector, Gurdaspur and the order dated 10.3.2004, passed by the Commissioner, by which a clerical typing mistake in the order dated 14.9.2001, was corrected.
We have perused the order passed by the Collector and find that the Collector has merely corrected the description of all the properties situated in the Northern and Southern sides. As far as the land in dispute is concerned that remains the same. There is no ground to interfere in the impugned order, Annexure P-2. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
