The petitioner has impugned the order Annexure P-2 and P-3 passed by the Commissioner and Financial Commissioner by which respondent No.5 has been appointed a Lambardar of village Sandhala, District Yamuna Nagar.
A perusal of the comparative merits of the petitioner and respondent No.5 shows that the petitioner is 8th class fail, whereas
respondent No.5 is a graduate. From the perusal of the impugned order, it transpires that respondent No.5 is more meritorious then the petitioner.
No ground to interfere in the impugned orders.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
