Shri P.S.Chhinna, Addl. A.G. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Punjab.
In this writ petition, it is the grievance of the petitioner that despite many letter written by Municipal Council, Rajpura to provide police help to remove illegal encroachment on the public property, the authorities are not taking any action.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and issue necessary directions to the officers concerned to provide police help to the Municipal Council, Rajpura, as prayed by it in various letters.
Shri Chhinna assures that the needful shall be done as per law.
A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the petitioner on usual payment and to Shri Chhinna, under the signatures of Reader of this Court.
