The instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution is directed against order dated 20.10.2005 (Annexure P-6) transferring petitioner No.2 from 'Control Room to the Police Station where he has been working for quite some time. However, petitioner No.1 continues to discharge duty in the Control Room.
In communications dated 1.8..2005 (Annexure P-4) and 8.10.2005 (Annexure P-5) some recommendations had been made by Superintendent of Police, Sonepat in respect of the posting and transfer of both the petitioners. Learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of order dated 16.3.2004 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 20149 of 2001, wherein the petitioners in that case were relegated to pursue the representation.

In view of the above, we direct the respondents to consider the recommendations and take a final decision on the same within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought to their notice.
Interim order dated 14.11.2005 shall continue for a period of six weeks and there after it will stand vacated.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
