After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the prayers made by the petitioners, we find that the present petition is wholly pre-mature. There is nothing on record to show that the respondents are charging any such interest which is not chargeable, in accordance with law.
Consequently, we dispose of the present petition with a liberty to the petitioners that if and when any order is passed against the petitioners, the petitioners may seek their appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.
