After arguing the case for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to seek his redressal by filing a representation before respondent No.5.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.
If the petitioner files a detailed and comprehensive representation within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order before respondent No.5 annexing all the relevant documents, then respondent No.5, Superintending Engineer (Operation and Maintenance) 66 KVA Sub Station (Double Circuit) Yamuna Nagar shall look into the matter and take a final decision within a further period of four months from the date of filing of the aforesaid representation, by passing a detailed and speaking order.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
