DATE OF DECISION: July 20, 2006
State of Haryana and others
CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINEY MITTAL
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S.BHALLA
PRESENT: Ms.Sonia G.Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions against the respondents to pay him compensation. The aforesaid claim has been made by the petitioner primarily on the ground that he was falsely implicated by the respondents in a false criminal case.
From the perusal of the record, we find that various pleas raised by the petitioner cannot be adjudicated by this Court for want of evidence.
Consequently, we relegate the petitioner to seek his remedies before the Civil Court, if so advised.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
