Notice of motion to the respondents No.1 and 4 only, at this stage.
On the asking of Court, Shri Sukhdip Singh Brar, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
The petitioner claims to be 1984 riots victim and on that account claim certain benefits.
Without commenting upon the aforesaid plea raised by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana, respondent No.4 within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is received by annexing all the relevant documents alongwith the said representation. On receipt of the aforesaid representation, the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana, respondent No.4 shall take further appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
