PRESENT: Shri Sandeep Kotla, Advocate for the petitioner.
The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to the official respondents to order the removal of wooden booths (Khokha) in front of the shop of the petitioner.
After hearing the leaned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the various averments made in the petition, we are satisfied that the petitioner should first approach the competent authority (General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Panipat) by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation annexing all the documents.
If any such representation is filed by the petitioner, then on receipt of the aforesaid representation and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the General Manager, Panipat, respondent No.2 shall pass a detailed and speaking order within a period of three months, after filing of the said representation.
Disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
