On the asking of Court, Shri Sukhdip Singh Brar, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to respondent No.2, The Assistant Executive Engineer (Technical), PSEB, Ludhiana to grant M.S. electricity connection for the load of 29.914 KW in the premises belonging to the petitioner.
Although from the perusal of the record, we find that the representation dated July 10,2006 has been addressed to the Superintending Engineer but since the directions have been sought against respondent No.2, therefore, we deem it appropriate to direct that the petitioner should first approach the said authority by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation.
Consequently, we dispose of the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation to the Assistant Executive Engineer (Technical), PSEB, Ludhiana, respondent No.2 by appending all the relevant documents within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is received. On receipt of the aforesaid representation, respondent No.2, Assistant Executive Engineer (Technical), PSEB, Ludhiana shall take into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and pass a detailed and speaking order within a period of four months from the date of filing of the said representation.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
