On the asking of Court, Shri Sukhdip Singh Brar, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions against the respondents to make a payment to the petitioner as per the clause 12 of the agreement for the work of 6 export specials claim to have been done on behalf of the respondents.
From the perusal of the record, we find that a representation dated May 16, 2005 (Annexure P.4) has been filed by the petitioner claiming the relief which has been claimed in the present petition. The said representation remains unreasoned so far.
Consequently, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the District Manager, MARKFED, Patiala, respondent No.2 to take a final decision upon the aforesaid representation within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed and speaking order.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
