Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the relief claimed by the petitioners in this case has been granted by the respondents as the transfer of Ms. Anjali Dahwan, Lecturer in Biology from Government Senior Secondary School, Tajpur, District Sonipat to Government Senior Secondary School, Rabhra, District Sonipat, has been cancelled vide order dated 10.8.2006, copy of which is taken on record and marked as Mark-A.

C.W.P. No. 11974 of 2006

In view of the above, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
