JUDGMENT :

C.M. No.19055 of 2005 :

The prayer made in the present application is to bring on record legal representatives of deceased petitioner Raj Kumar Sareen.

The prayer is allowed subject to all just exceptions.

C.M. stands disposed of.

C.M. No.19056 of 2005 :

The prayer made in the present application is that the controversy involved in the main writ petition is covered by a Division Bench judgment of this court passed in "Dharam Pal Dutta v. State of Punjab and others, C.W.P.No.7171 of 2002". A copy of the judgment has been appended as Annexure A-1 with the present application.

Notice of the application has been issued to the learned counsel for the non-applicants.

Ms.Nirmaljit Kaur, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.3 and 4 very fairly states that the judgment dated February 17, 2005, squarely covers the controversy involved in the present writ petition.

In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents no.3 and 4, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is consequently, disposed of in the same terms as in C.W.P.No.7171 of 2002, decided on February 17, 2005 (Annexure A-1).

C.M. as well as the main writ petition stands disposed of.
