Ramesh Kumar v. State of Haryana & Ors - CWP-12695-2006 [2006] RD-P&H 5008 (31 July 2006)

In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh

C.W.P. No. 12695 of 2006

Date of Decision: 11.8.2006

Ramesh Kumar ...Petitioner

Versus

State of Haryana and others ...Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. KUMAR
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M.S. BEDI

PRESENT: Mr. Jarnail Singh Saneta, Advocate, for the petitioner.

JUDGMENT

M.M. KUMAR, J. (Oral)

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been retransferred from Panchkula to Kurukshetra, vide order dated 8.8.2006 (P-2) from where he was transferred only on 14.7.2006.

These are administrative exigencies and the orders appears to have been passed in public interest. However, if the petitioner still feels that the impugned transfer order has been passed in violation of the transfer policy, he may make a representation to the respondents, if so advised.

Dismissed.
