In this writ petition, dispute is with regard to suspension of respondent No.3.Vide order dated 28.10.1999, respondent No.3 was put under suspension. He went in appeal, which was allowed vide order dated 26.11.1999, against which, this writ petition has been filed. On 17.2.2000, following order was passed by this Court: "Adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner to enable him to seek instructions from the petitioner, to 24.1.2000."

Nothing has been done thereafter. Despite notice, none has come present to assist this Court on behalf of the petitioner even today. In the meantime, term of the Gram Panchayat has also expired.

Dismissed.
