In this writ petition, it is prayer of the petitioner that application dated 26.3.2005 of the petitioner for extension of route, be ordered to be disposed of as per law expeditiously.
Shri Chhina assures this Court that the officer/ authority concerned shall pass an order within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
In view of very fair concession made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to take up and decide application of the petitioner, referred to above, and pass an appropriate order, as per law, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
