CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURYA KANT.
Present:- Mr.Amit Jain, Advocate
for the petitioner.
SURYA KANT J.ORAL
This contempt petition was adjourned sine die on July 22,1994 with liberty to learned counsel for the parties to get the same revived after decision of a civil suit which the petitioner was stated to have filed against the respondent.
On January 9,2006 the case was adjourned to enable learned counsel for the petitioner to have instructions in the matter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite several communications sent to the petitioner, no one has come forward to give latest instructions in the matter.
It, thus, appears that either the grievance of the petitioner no longer survives or he is otherwise not interested to pursue his petition.
Consequently the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
