Vide order, under challenge, Commissioner, under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, has opined that the workman has died while in the course of his employment. In view of findings given on issue Nos.3 and 4, this Court feels that no case is made out for interference in pure findings of facts. Otherwise also, compensation awarded is very meagre.
No case is made out for interference.
