Admittedly, application filed by the petitioner under Section 17 (1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal at Chandigarh. This writ petition was filed when Presiding Officer of the Tribunal was not available. Now the Tribunal is functional. In view of this, present writ petition is disposed of and it is directed that the interim order, granted by this Court on February 27, 2006, shall continue till three weeks from today. During this period, the petitioner may move an application before the Tribunal for stay and may get necessary relief. The Tribunal is directed to decide application for stay, if any filed, in a prompt manner.
