Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the controversy in hand is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in Pargat Singh V. Food Corporation of India and another (CWP No.5459 of 2004 decided on 3.8.2006).
Dismissed in view of the order passed in Pargat Singh's case (supra).
