The petitioner has sought transfer of petition filed by the respondent under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter to be referred as "the Act"), pending in the Court of District Judge, Ferozepur, to any other court of competent jurisdiction at Patiala.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the petition under section 13 of the Act is transferred to the competent court at Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the said offer and states that the petition be transferred to the court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana.
In view of the consent of the parties, the petition filed by the respondent under section 13 of the Act and pending in the Court of District Judge, Ferozepur, is transferred to the Court of District Judge, Ludhiana. It shall be open to the learned District Judge to entrust the case to any other Civil Misc.No. 13270-CII of 2006 
court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana for trial.
The parties through their learned counsel are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Ludhiana, on 09.10.2006. The transferor Court shall send the records of the case to the transferee court forthwith.
