The petitioners have impugned the order passed by the Divisional Canal Officer, Kaithal Water Services Division, Kaithal, dated 6.12.2004 by which it has been held that the watercourse which has been demolished was running since long and was accordingly ordered to be restored.
A perusal of the impugned order shows that the petitioners had demolished the watercourse through which the respondents were irrigating their fields which has rightly been ordered to be restored.
We find no merit in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed.
