The learned counsel for the respondents inform the Court that selection in question was also subject matter of challenge in CWP No.15766 of 2004 and CWP No.16809 of 2004 and both the aforesaid writ petitions have already been dismissed by this Court on May 1, 2006 and July 4, 2006, respectively.
Consequently, the present petition is also dismissed.
