Notice of motion to the respondents.

On the asking of Court, Shri Ashok Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner has challenged the order dated March 30,2006, claimed to have been passed by the Executive Engineer, HUDA, Division No.III, Gurgaon and also the order dated June 28, 2006 (Annexure P.8). A copy of the order dated March 30,2006 has not been appended with the present petition. It has been maintained by the petitioner that no copy of the aforesaid order had been supplied

to the petitioner in spite of the fact that a request in this regard has been made by him.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Executive Engineer, HUDA, Division No.III, Gurgaon to supply the copy of the order dated March 30,2006, which is also mentioned in the order dated June 28, 2006 (Annexure P.8) within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is received.

On receipt of the said copy of the order, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek his appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

The dis-connection of the sewer connection of the petitioner shall remain stayed for a period of four weeks from the date of supply of copy of the aforesaid order.

A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
