Notice of motion to the respondents.
On the asking of Court, Shri Sukhdip Singh Brar, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1.
Shri B.S.Taunque, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2.
Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of direction to respondent Improvement Trust, Ludhiana to intimate the due amount to the petitioner and allow him to deposit the price of the plot with a further direction to deliver the physical possession and execute the sale deed etc.
From the perusal of the record, we find that a representation (Annexure P.4) dated June 1, 2006 has been sent by the petitioner which remains unresponded so far.
In this view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Improvement Trust, Ludhiana, respondent No.2 to take a final decision on the aforesaid representation (Annexure P.4) within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed and speaking order.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
