On the asking of Court, Shri Harish Rathee, Senior DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the pensionary benefits, ex- gratia amount and other consequential benefits on account of death of her husband during service.
From the perusal of the record, we find that representation dated February 22, 2006 (Annexure P.3) has been filed by the petitioner, which remains unresponded so far.
In this view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Director General, Secondary Education Haryana, respondent No.2 to take a final decision on the aforesaid representation (Annexure P.3) within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed and speaking order.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
