On the asking of Court, Shri Harish Rathee, Senior DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has approached this Court making a grievance against the punishment order dated July 20,2004 (Annexure P.8). He had filed an appeal on August 20,2005 (Annexure P.9) before the appellate authority but the said appeal has not been decided so far.
Without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we direct the appellate authority to take a final decision on the aforesaid appeal (Annexure P.9) within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is received.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
