The petitioner has challenged the order dated February 7,2002 (Annexure P.8) and the order dated February 14,2002 (Annexure P.9) through the present petition.

It is apparent that there is inordinate delay in challenging the aforesaid orders through the present petition. Even a civil suit for challenging the aforesaid orders, at this stage, is not competent on account of being barred by limitation.

Dismissed on account of delay and laches.
