Viney Mittal, J. (Oral)

We have heard the counsel for the petitioner and have also gone through the averments made in the present petition. We find that the averments made in the petition are totally vague. The persons who are stated to be lower in rank than the petitioner have not been impleaded as parties.

Dismissed.

However, if the petitioner furnishes better particulars, she would be at liberty to file a fresh peittion on the same cause of action.
