After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that as per his instructions a fresh survey of the entire acquired land has been conducted and as per the aforesaid survey, the petitioner is entitled to get his land released.

Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities to get the requisite relief in terms of the aforesaid fresh survey.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
