ORDER:

The petitioner is said to have been apprehended on the spot with commercial quantity of the contraband.

Counsel for the petitioner says that there are three accused, who are said to be present. The third accused has not been identified and is not proceeded against and according to the petitioner, he was not on the spot.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, no ground is made out for grant of bail at this stage.

The petition is dismissed.
