Order.

This application has been moved for review of the order dated May 26, 2006. A reading of the order, referred to above, clearly indicates that it was an innocuous order, vide which authority has been given to respondent No. 2 to demolish the building, as per law, which obviously means that before demolition, the necessary provisions of law, as are applicable, shall be taken note of and observed by the authority concerned.

No case is made out for interference. Dismissed.
