State of Punjab and others (CWP No. 9417 of 2006), this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner, if so advised, may bring the order, referred to above, to the notice of the concerned authorities.

Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
