The instant petition is directed against the transfer order dated 3/18.8.2006 ( Annexure P.5) passed by respondent no.2. The petitioner has approached this Court without filing any representation to respondent no.2 bringing to his notice the violation of the transfer policy.
Without going into the merits of the case, we deem it just and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a representation before respondent no.2 pointing out the violation of the transfer policy. If any such representation is made within two weeks from today, under registered AD cover, the same shall be disposed of respondent no.2 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is presented to him.
With the above order and direction, the petition stands disposed of.
