On August 8, 2006, following order was passed by this Court: "After hearing counsel for the parties, this Court feels that let the Bank calculate the amount in each case on the basis of 'one time settlement'. The amount so calculated be brought to the notice of this Court on the next date of hearing and petitioner then will be asked to pay that amount either in lump sum or in instalments."
Counsel for the respondent has brought it to the notice of the Court that the petitioner had moved an application to the respondent -Bank, wherein he has stated that he is ready to make payment of the amount in instalments. Copy of the application has been placed on record. Counsel for the respondent further states that the proposal, moved by the petitioner, has been accepted.
