Learned counsel for the applicant-appellants has stated that appellants Hari Singh and Smt. Ram Murti @ Murtri have undergone more than 5 years of actual sentence and more than 3 years of sentence after conviction.

Appellant-Hari Singh is father-in-law and appellant-Smt. Ram Murti is mother-in-law of the deceased.

Appeal to mature will take some time.

Sentence of appellant No.1- Hari Singh and appellant No.3- Smt. Ram Murti @ Murtri is suspended, during the pendency of the appeal.

Bail to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kurukshetra.
