Learned counsel for the petitioners requests for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all the pleas which have been raised in the instant petition, in the objections which the petitioners wishes to file against the tentative seniority list (P-6).

We accept the request made by the learned counsel. The instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the prayer made. Time for filing objections qua the petitioners is extended up to 13.9.2006.

Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
